multi crew cooperation, B737 simulator. Airline Pilot Career Advice/Flight Simulator Experiences

Future Airline Pilot>Multi Crew Cooperation

Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC).  Almost all Airlines require this course to be completed before they will offer you an interview, hence it will be at your own expense.  Some experienced individuals backgrounds will mean an exemption from the course and a certificate stating this can be obtained from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).   The course involves some ground school and 5 x 4 hour simulator sessions in order to broaden your now, increasingly important, CRM skills.  In addition to this course, it is advisable to get some practice at your skills test, which is always required after the interview and before the offer of a job.  Below is a list of companies that specialise in both these courses, including their locations and links to email your interest.  Please quote futureairlinepilot.com in your correspondence.
